01 うまく動かない・不具合を見つけた Something is not working 落ちる、表示が崩れる、保存されない、課金が反映されない、など。ご利用の機種と iOS のバージョンを伺います。ログインは不要です。 Crashes, broken layouts, things not saving, a purchase not showing up. We ask for your device and iOS version. No sign-in needed.
02 こんな機能がほしい I wish it could do this 思いついたことを気軽に送ってください。ログイン不要、ひとことだけでも大丈夫です。 Send whatever comes to mind. No sign-in, and one line is plenty.
03 その他のお問い合わせ Anything else お支払いのこと、規約やプライバシーのこと、ご登録情報についてのご請求など。ご返信とご本人確認のため、このフォームのみ Google アカウントでのログインが必要です。 Billing, terms and privacy, requests about the data we hold. This is the one form that asks you to sign in, so that we can verify who you are and reply.

01 と 02 でいただいた内容は、すべて目を通しています。ただし個別のご返信はしておりません。いただいたご報告・ご要望は、アプリのアップデートでベストエフォートでお届けします。ご返信が必要なご相談は 03 からお送りください。

We read every message sent through 01 and 02, but we do not reply to them individually — what we fix and what we build arrive in app updates, on a best-effort basis. If you need an answer, use 03.

画面の写真や録画は、フォームではなく support@kasaneru.app 宛にお送りください。いただいた画像は、不具合の原因を調べるために使用させていただきます。

Email screenshots or screen recordings to support@kasaneru.app rather than attaching them to a form. We use them to work out what went wrong.

フォームについて (About the forms)

お問い合わせフォームには Google LLC の Google フォームを利用しています。ご入力いただいた内容は同社のサーバーに保存され、保存先には米国を含む日本国外が含まれます。取り扱いの詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

The forms are Google Forms, provided by Google LLC. What you submit is stored on Google's servers, which are located outside Japan, including in the United States. See our privacy policy for details.
